Leadership/Performance Scorecard Study

Mindset and Directions

Most managers and executives face a constantly changing environment. To be effective, they must balance the benefits of order and stability with the benefits of flexibility, change, and growth. Leaders must maintain focus while remaining open to exploring new approaches and priorities. This seminar explores and examines how the workshop participants can move to the next level in their leadership/performance.

To accomplish this, I have been asked to collect feedback from you for a Leadership/Performance Scorecard Study. Information will be gathered through a confidential Leadership/Performance Scorecard form. This is the time to let your opinions and perceptions be known through this constructive process.

Your cooperation is needed so that all levels of associates may be represented. We want you to know that

  • Individual responses will be totally anonymous and confidential. Feedback from the entire process is aimed at identifying specific trends and overall perceptions.

Your response to the Leadership/Performance Scorecard Study will serve to establish our further direction and will act as the springboard for future leadership/performance activities.
