To Lead Others Well, First Know Yourself

Enlightening Ourselves, Empowering Our Relationships Program

2008 Dates
TBA

For other dates and locations, please call (336-315-6000) or e-mail Speed Flanigan Consulting.

Workshops begin at 9 a.m on the first day and end an 5 p.m. on the final day.

This program dives into behaviors — those that help us to grow and those that limit us. Do you feel “stuck” in your personal or business relationships? Do you wish there was more to your life—inner peace, control, success? Then this workshop is for you.

Psychologist Carl Jung wrote: "The great decisions of human life have as a rule more to do with the instincts and other mysterious unconscious factors than with conscious will and well-meaning reasonableness." In other words, how we lead others has a lot more to do with our own instincts and subconscious activity than with reason or formal training.

Enlightening Ourselves, Empowering Our Relationships gives you the tools and maps to self-leadership, self-discipline, and self-awareness.

  • Get in touch with your positive patterns—the way you think, feel, and act—which can lead to greater self-understanding, self-effectiveness, and success in personal and professional relationships.
  • Discover the tools, skills, and techniques to amplify and empower your positive patterns and minimize the negative patterns that limit your personal development, happiness, and success.

The program includes:

  • Three days of intense training using exercises and models unique to Speed Flanigan.
  • Materials in a handy reference binder to take home with you.
  • Six follow-up consultations (by either phone or in person) to help you transfer what you have learned into your life and relationships.
